This 3,300 square foot Century City home, which required total renovation,
is a study in modern minimalism. The floors had to be re-leveled to allow for
installation of concrete tiles and the proper functioning of new commercial-
style glass sliding doors. The baths were completely gutted, rebuilt and finished
in European fixtures and stone. The owner seems to be a follower of Van der
Rohe’s principle – "Less is more."
